SALES AND CANCELATION POLICY
Sales Policy:
All purchases for classes, workshops, and retreats are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.
Packages and memberships are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase.
Discounts and promotions are valid only during the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers.
Cancellation Policy:
Classes:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the class start time will not be charged, and credits can be applied to future classes.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the class) and no-shows will result in the loss of that session or a charge equivalent to the class cost.
Workshops & Events:
A full refund or credit is available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the event.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be refunded, but credits may be applied toward future workshops.
Retreats:
A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your spot.
Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the retreat start date will receive a partial refund, minus the deposit.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
Exceptions:
In case of medical emergencies, please contact us with documentation, and we may offer a credit for future services at our discretion.
