SALES AND CANCELATION POLICY

Sales Policy:

  • All purchases for classes, workshops, and retreats are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.

  • Packages and memberships are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase.

  • Discounts and promotions are valid only during the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers.

Cancellation Policy:

Classes:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the class start time will not be charged, and credits can be applied to future classes.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the class) and no-shows will result in the loss of that session or a charge equivalent to the class cost.

Workshops & Events:

  • A full refund or credit is available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the event.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be refunded, but credits may be applied toward future workshops.

Retreats:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your spot.

  • Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the retreat start date will receive a partial refund, minus the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

  • In case of medical emergencies, please contact us with documentation, and we may offer a credit for future services at our discretion.
