With a foundation in Ashtanga-based Vinyasa, I offer personalized yoga sessions tailored to your unique needs. Whether you prefer the intensity of Power Yoga, the deep relaxation of Yin and restorative practices, or a blend of both, each session is designed to support your body and mind. I also incorporate strength conditioning, drawing on my background in fitness, to build both flexibility and functional strength. 

Every session includes hands-on adjustments to enhance alignment and deepen your stretches, breath-work, culminating in a soothing Savasana shiatsu massage for total relaxation.

THERAPEUTIC RESTORATIVE YOGA

For those seeking gentle, healing movement, I offer therapeutic and restorative yoga sessions. These sessions focus on stress relief, mobility, and recovery, using calming sequences to nurture your body’s needs. With a focus on slow, mindful movement and deep stretching, this practice is perfect for those recovering from injury or seeking a more meditative practice.

STRENGTH & MOBILITY CONDITIONING

Incorporating my fitness background, I offer strength and mobility conditioning sessions designed to complement your yoga practice. Whether it’s a bachelorette party, birthday, or corporate event, I provide custom-tailored group yoga sessions. These can range from energizing Power Yoga to calming Yin and restorative flows. Expect hands-on adjustments and individualized attention, even in a group setting, to ensure every participant feels supported. Special events conclude with a relaxing lavender towels to leave everyone feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Be like Water with me! Take your yoga practice to the water with Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) Yoga, a peaceful and fun experience that combines mindfulness and balance. Suitable for all experience levels, SUP Yoga offers a calming yet empowering flow for everyone—from seasoned yogis to complete beginners!
